Grand Ridge Grade school has a procedure for reserving or renting the gym, ball diamond, and the multipurpose room. Classrooms and educational areas of the building will be off limits. You will need to fill out a Facility Usage Form which can be found on our website, grgs95.org, under the Downloads section. Return the completed form either by email: wilkej@grgs95.org, or drop off in the office. Please note that there may be fees required; for example, if custodial staff is required to open the building, or for energy costs, there may be a charge to offset the expense to the district. The liability waiver form must be completed and submitted with the Facility Usage request. The office will check the calendar and schedules and will make contact with you regarding the status of your request. If you have any questions, please contact the school at 815-249-6225.
